Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept used and/or opened products.
EXCHANGES - We will gladly exchange any item in its original condition that is undamaged, unopened, and unused within 10 days of the delivery confirmation. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and a restocking fee of up to 25% of the returned item’s price will be applied. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further details to complete an exchange.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS - We take pride in our handmade products. Each soap/bath product is unique and may contain minor irregularities. We are careful to package your order to arrive safely to your front door. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, smashed, wet, crumbled, or broken, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please be prepared to provide a picture/video of unboxing displaying the damaged product.
PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS - We aim to provide a convenient online purchase and a smooth customer experience. Please note, for accepted exchanges and/or returns, we are unable to refund any original transaction fees/payment processing fees for your full or partial refunds (as announced by the Stripe and Square payment platforms). We look forward to resolving the issue with you.
