Q: What kind of ingredients do you use in your soaps and bath products?
A: Aslan Organics is committed to providing its customers with the healthiest quality products. Our handcrafted products are made from plant-based ingredients (no animal products used) and sourced from organic, sustainable, and fair-trade suppliers whenever possible. Some of the ingredients used are: olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil, castor oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, salts, essential oils, colorants such as turmeric, powdered wheat grass, clays, activated charcoal, botanicals and herbs.
Q: There is white stuff on my soap. Has the soap gone bad?
A: Our handmade soaps are made in small batches and may occasionally develop a white residue on the surface called soda ash. This harmless ‘white stuff’ washes off after the first use of the soap and does not change its functionality, nor is it an indication of the soap ‘going bad’. It is just a by-product of small-batching vs. mass producing soap.
Q: Can I place a bulk order for my special event? (wedding, baby shower, girls’ getaway, hostess gifts, reunions, etc.)

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping speed. Typically, orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for all US orders over $54.99.
Q: I forgot to add the Free Shipping Code to my order of over $54.99. Can I still get free shipping?
A: We all overlook small details when ordering online. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the full cost of shipping. If you contact us within 72 hours of placing your order, we would be happy to refund a portion of your shipping cost.
Q: I have certain allergies, are your soaps safe for me to use?
A: Since the owner of Aslan Organics Soap Co. has several intolerances, sensitivities, and allergies to particular ingredients, she aims to keep those ingredients out of soap and bath products. Please read each 'Product Information' and 'Ingredients' list for any items to which you may have sensitivities.
Q: Do you carry any products that can help with my acne or eczema?
A: By law, we cannot make medicinal recommendations or describe the medical benefits of our products without risking a visit from the old FDA. Please research the listed ingredients to determine if a product is right for you.
